Distance Sales Agreement
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between the seller whose details are provided below and the customer (“Buyer”) who purchases products through the Website.

BUYER
The name, surname/company name, address, phone number, and e-mail information declared during the order process shall be taken as basis.
2. Subject Matter
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller’s Website.
3. Product and Order Information
The product type, brand/model details, quantity, sales price, payment method, and delivery details related to the order shall be valid as specified during the ordering process.
The Buyer acknowledges that, prior to placing the order, they have been informed about the essential characteristics of the product, sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, and right of withdrawal.
4. Delivery and Shipping
Products shall be delivered to the delivery address specified by the Buyer during the ordering process.
Delivery time may vary depending on stock availability and the delivery address.
The Seller reserves the right to partially or fully cancel an order when deemed necessary. In such cases, any collected payment shall be refunded to the Buyer.
5. Payment
Payments may be made by credit card, bank transfer/EFT, or other payment methods specified on the Website.
Shipment of products may not be made until the full payment amount has been collected.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be submitted to the Seller within this period.
For return procedures, the product must be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In resalable condition
- Complete with its original packaging and accessories
Detailed information is subject to the applicable Return and Withdrawal Procedure.
7. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
The right of withdrawal may not apply to the following products:
- Custom-made or specially ordered products
- Installed or used electronic products
- Opened sterile or consumable products
- Sensitive optical products and laser components
- Products damaged during use
- Technical products that are not suitable for resale
8. Technical Products and Liability
Certain products sold by BuyLaserParts may require professional technical knowledge.
The Buyer is responsible for:
- Checking product compatibility
- Ensuring proper installation and use
- Using authorized technical personnel where required
Failures caused by incorrect connection, user error, liquid contact, electrostatic discharge (ESD), high voltage, reverse polarity, or unauthorized intervention may be excluded from warranty and return coverage.
9. Warranty and Technical Inspection
Technical products reported as defective may, where necessary, be subject to technical inspection.
If user-caused damage is detected during the inspection, the product may be excluded from return or replacement coverage.
10. Force Majeure
The Seller shall not be held liable for delays, failures, or inability to fulfill obligations arising from natural disasters, war, internet infrastructure issues, supply chain disruptions, customs procedures, governmental decisions, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the parties.
11. Dispute Resolution
In disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located at the Buyer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye.
12. Effectiveness
By placing an order through the Website, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall enter into force upon completion of the order.
